Vineyards located in a high interfluve, on the north face of Moncayo at an altitude of 810 m. Stony soil with a high percentage of slate and pebbles.
Vintage
Hand-harvested during the last week of September.
Elaboration
Fermentation at less than 25ºC in stainless steel tanks and maceration for 2 weeks.
