NOSE
The nose is typical of Viognier aromas, with dried apricots, stewed fruit, and hawthorn aromas.
PALATE
On the palate, the wine is well-balanced with a sensation of freshness supported by good acidity.
PRESENTATION
This Viognier comes from the high-altitude vineyard of Marrenon, within a magnificent Regional Natural Park in the South of France.
TERROIR
Clay-limestone plots located at an altitude of over 300 m.
HARVEST
Grapes are picked at night.
VINIFICATION
12-hour skin maceration at low temperature to bring out the richness of Viognier aromas. Juice fermentation at low temperature.
