Azienda Agricola Il Farneto is a certified biodynamic winery that was founded in the mid 90s in the western part of Emilia-Romagna by Marco Bertoni for the purpose of producing natural wines. Winemaker Flavio Restani uses only native yeast fermentations, low sulphur, and only large old oak barrels. The wines and unfiltered and unfined. We have carried and enjoyed a few of their wines now, and we were totally delighted to be introduced to this frizante which is fresh and VERY easy to enjoy.
