Stori Saparavi

Stori is located in the village of Tsinandali in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. They produce traditional Qvevri made wines from organically farmed grapes, with minimal intervention.
This one is 100% Saperavi, which is the most well known (of the largely not very well known) Georgian grape varieties. It is rich with dark berry fruit and earth notes. Worthy of decanting and hearty meals.
