Finca Parera Fins Als Kullons
Finca Parera is a biodynamic 10 hectare family farm in the Penendes producing wines, olive oil, vegetables and other products. At the helm, and making the wine, is Ruben Parera, with his father Jordi managing the farm. The cellar is located in a 100 year old building in the town of Sant Llorenç d'Hortons. The Fins Als Kullons begins with the two white grapes macerated on skins and then the Sumoll is added and co-fermented with the Xarello and Garnatxa Blanca.
This is a liter bottle (for sharing!) full of juicy red and citrus fruits. Chillable, low-ish alcohol, and supremely easy to drink. A no brainer for summer.
